I noticed there weren't any reviews for this pattern so I've got to let you know....this skirt is fantastic!
This was the first Hot Patterns pattern I made. I chose the pencil skirt option and it went together very easily. The drafting is phenomenal and I mean phenomenal! I used an interesting nude & black lace patterned jacquard with a simple black charmeuse lining for my version and - wow!
I absolutely recommend this pattern. I already have 3 (yes three!!) fabrics lined up to make this in for spring/summer.
My husband loves fashion (yes, I know I'm lucky) and has a discerning eye towards what works on me and what doesn't. He said this was the best pencil skirt I've worn much less sewn.
If you're new to Hot Patterns this is a great one to try out. Thank you Trudy for such a great TNT and turning me into a raving fan.
