Unlined, just below knee length, narrow A-Line skirt sits at the natural waist with and elasticated waist facing, and closes with a center back zipper. Adjust the fit at the waist with the side seam toggles. Skirt features lots of fabulous details, with a fluid back godet, piped seams and multiple rows of topstitching, as well as bellows pockets with flaps, and a deep hem facing. Sizes 6-8-10 need around 1 1/2 yards of fabric, plus 1 yard of 1" wide elastic; sizes 12-14-16-18 need around 1 3/4 yards of fabric, plus 1 1/4 yards of 1” wide elastic; and sizes 20-22-24-26 need around 2 yards of fabric, plus 1 1/2 yards of 1” wide elastic. All sizes require around 5/8 yard of contrast fabric for the piping and bias hem facing.
All yardages are for 60” / 150 cm wide fabric.
You will also need about 1/2 yard interfacing, 2 toggle fastenings, 1 x 3/4” / 19 mm button or a trouser hook & eye and 1 x 7” / 18 cm zipper.

Finished my prototype and love it. I cut it out 6 inches longer at the bottom because I only wear modest clothing. It is way too long so next time I'll only extend it 3 inches. I made my godet a contrasting fabric for fashion but mostly because I was using what I had on hand and it turned out 'fabulous.' (As Trudy would say.) I will be making it again...and again...and again!
