Shopping list
For the dress, all sizes need around 3 yards / 2.75m fabric. For the tunic, all sizes need around 2 1/4 yards /2.05m fabric. For the top, all sizes need around 1 3/4 yards / 1.6m fabric. If you wish to use a contrast rib to finish the neckline and/or the cap sleeves, you’ll need just 1/4 yard / 22cm of contrast or self colored stretchy rib.
I've make two tops so far, fabric for the third is in the dryer. It's crazy-flattering, covers up enough at the neckline for work and makes a nice little t for jeans. Once it warms up a bit I'll make a dress. This is a really nice pattern!
Versatile, flattering, and fun pattern

This is a really easy, fast to sew pattern that produces great results. I've only made the top so far, but it has shaping in all of the right places and is very flattering. I plan to make the top several more times and want to try making the dress as well. (The top only took a few hours to complete.)
I'm not great at getting my gathers even in my sewing projects, but this pattern has a guide piece with multiple notches to help evenly distribute your gathers. I'm very happy with how they look in the finished top.
I'm looking forward to sewing this again trying some of the other design options.
Love this dress!

I made the dress in a matte jersey from my stash intended to be a muslin to perfect the fit. Except for shortening the dress, it fit right out of the envelope! I cut an 18 in the shoulders/neck area and a 22 in the body. I am 5'4" and I ended up shortening the dress 6 inches so the front hem is just below my knees.
I love this dress! It feels great to wear and I think it is very flattering on me! I'm finishing a second dress in a better matte jersey, but I will wear both! I will also be making the top with the longer sleeves for fall.
