Try these sweetly charming Tote and Shoulder Bags, designed for heavy interior fabrics, denim or canvas and shown here in cotton toile & ticking with contrast canvas trim. Tote features drawstring closure with a zippered top inside and a side gathered pocket; Shoulder Bag features a zippered top and is paneled with bow trim on the front and a pocket on the back. Both bags are lined and feature optional phone & zippered pockets and handbag feet.

Fabric: 
Tote needs around 1/2 yard of printed fabric plus around 1/4 yard solid fabric. Tote also needs around 1/2 yard of lining, plus 1 x 14" zipper, 1 x 10" zipper, 8" of 1/2" wide elastic and 4 x handbag feet. You may also wish to use a rigid bag bottom insert and/or 1/2 yard of firm mount fabric/interfacing. Shoulderbag needs around 1/4 yard each of print, contrast and solid fabric and 1/2 yard of lining, plus 1 x 10" zipper, 1 x 6" zipper and 2 x 1/2" diameter rings. You may also wish to use 1/4 yard of firm mount fabric/interfacing. All yardages are for 60" wide fabric.
