This pattern makes up a classic pair of jeans. These will be timeless in your wardrobe. Jean styles change w every decade or so and these are the jeans that never go out of style. I love the shape of the leg and the little coin pocket. Instructions are detailed and easily followed. But realize jeans take a good while to make, but they are so worth it. All the notches match up, as I can depend on with Hot Patterns. These are just well made patterns! On one pair I did all the top stitching but on the other I did not. I think the top stitching makes them look more like rtw jeans, but I like them without the top stitching.
